I scattered them in a brick planter and got distracted before I had a chance to water them. I , basically, forgot about them until 3-4 days later I see little green dots across the planter! Who doesn't need easy grow plants?
Organic Mint (Mentha spp)- Vigrous, crawling perennial herb. The foliage has a very well known flavor for all sort of cooking needs and herbal treas. Mint seeds will produce plants with flavors ranging from peppermint to spearmint, as mints do not grow true-to-type from seed. It is a good idea to contain Mint as it has a tendency to be pushy in the garden and take over!
It is recommended that Mint be started indoors 6-8 weeks before setting out in early spring. Young plants can take some freezing though.
