Clover is very similar to Alfalfa.  At the micro green stage it's difficult to tell them apart.  Clover's leaves are slightly lighter in color, but the flavor is almost identical.  The flavor is very mild, and can also be found in both the Mild and Blend versions of PlowBox Green.
