This is a unisex t-shirt with a standard crew neck.  For reference, a size small is loose on a woman who is 5' 2" 120 lbs., and a tight on a man who is 5' 10" 160 lbs.  It is pre-shrunk cotton, but washing cold and drying on high heat the first time will shrink the shirt to it's smallest size.
