Although seeds are not returnable due to purity and quality issues, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a problem with your seeds please call or email us and we'll make it right! We promise.

If you are a returning customer and have a problem with an item on any order, simply login to your account, click the "View Messages" link under the My Account menu and send us a message with the details.
Our seeds are packed using machines that are over 100 years old. They are true American workhorses, but just like you and I, they sometimes make mistakes. If you ever receive a packet that has too few seeds in it or is under weight, just let us know and we'll send a replacement right away.
We ship within the United States, and we strive to make it easy to get free or very cheap shipping. If you only need a couple of packs, we charge less than the actual cost of shipping to you via the Postal Service. Note that there may be restrictions on products that are heavy or oddly shaped.
When you place an order, we will provide shipping cost based on your cart contents. We ship very quickly depending on which items you order. Some items go out as early as the same day, but we always try to ship within 2-3 days at the very latest. Shipping is mainly via USPS and all shipping materials are 100% recyclable. If a tracking number is available for your order, it will be provided to you.
