Bronze Fennel, a non-bulbing fennel variety is used for its stems, leaves and seeds.   Leaves grow to 40cm long and are finely dissected into fronds.  With very thin stems and striking feathery bronze foliage, Bronze Fennel makes a lovely addition to flower beds as well as garden boxes. Licorice flavor is a great addition to salads, soups, teas and many other dishes!
